Privacy Policy
This policy covers MVP Social Agent, the subscription service that publishes to your social media accounts on your instruction. It is written to be read, not to be survived.
The short version
- We store your email, your subscription status, and access tokens for the social accounts you choose to connect.
- Those tokens are encrypted and used for one purpose: publishing what you approve.
- We do not sell your data, we do not advertise to you, and we do not use your content to train anything.
- You can disconnect an account or delete everything at any time.
What we collect

Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
What we do not collect
- Your social account passwords. We never ask for them and could not use them. Connections use the platform's own authorization system, and you can revoke ours from the platform at any time.
- Your direct messages, private content, or contacts.
- Your followers' personal information.
How your tokens are protected
Access tokens are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM on servers operated by Maximum Velocity Partners. The encryption key is held only in the server environment and is never stored alongside the data it protects. The publishing service is not reachable from the public internet; it accepts requests only through our authenticated interface.

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers, data brokers, or anyone not listed above, except where the law requires it.
Your content
The posts you create remain yours. We publish them where you tell us to and we keep a record of what went out and when. We do not use your content to train AI models.
Your choices
- Disconnect a platform at any time. We delete the stored token immediately.
- Revoke our access from the platform itself. Every platform lets you do this in its own settings, and it works whether or not you tell us.
- Delete everything. See Delete my data.
- Ask what we hold. Email us and we will tell you.
If you are in a jurisdiction with specific data rights, such as the EEA, the UK, or California, those rights apply and we will honor them. Contact us using the address below.
Cookies
The connection flow sets two short-lived cookies to protect against request forgery and to identify your subscription during the round trip. They expire in ten minutes and are deleted as soon as the connection completes. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies on these pages.
Children
This service is for business use and is not directed at anyone under 18.
Changes
If we change this policy in a way that affects how your data is handled, we will email subscribers before it takes effect.
