Before you start
You need a paid Claude plan.
The part of Claude that runs the Brain comes with the Pro and Max plans, not the free one. On the free plan you can download everything and it still won't start, so it's worth checking before you begin.

Download and unzip the Brain
Download the Brain Setup here. It arrives as a zip file. Double-click it. You'll get a folder called MVP Brain Setup.

Move it into your Documents
Drag that folder into Documents. Not Downloads, because Downloads is where things go to get lost.
Don't rename the folders inside it. The system finds them by name.

Open that folder in Claude
In the Claude app, open Claude Code and start a new project. It'll ask you to choose a folder.
When the file picker opens, go to Documents and select the MVP Brain Setup folder itself, then confirm. The folder, not a file inside it.
You'll know it worked when Claude shows MVP Brain Setup as the folder it's working in.

Type /setup and press enter
It starts asking about your business: what you sell, who you sell to, how you talk. Answer like you're briefing someone on their first day. Don't try to make it sound good.
About 25 minutes. It writes everything down as you go, so you're watching your own system get built rather than filling in a form.

It doesn't ask what your prices are, because you told it. It doesn't write like a press release, because it learned how you actually write from your own messages. It remembers last session, so you never start over.
