Go to claude.ai/download and get the app for your computer, Mac or Windows. Install it the way you'd install anything else, then open it and sign in.

Before you buy
You need a paid Claude plan.
The part of Claude that runs the Brain comes with the Pro and Max plans, not the free one. That subscription is paid to Anthropic, not to us. On the free plan you can install everything and it still won't start, so check before you buy.

Buy and download the Brain
After payment you land on a page with your download. It arrives as a zip file. Double-click it. You'll get a folder called MVP Brain. The download link also goes to your email.
On Windows, right-click the zip and choose Extract All. That makes an outer folder called MVP-Brain with the real MVP Brain folder inside it. Use the inner one.

Move it into your Documents
Drag that folder into Documents. Not Downloads, because Downloads is where things go to get lost. Keep it on this computer, not in a cloud-only folder.
Don't rename the folders inside it. The system finds them by name.

Open that folder in Claude
In the Claude app, click Claude Code (it may be labeled the Code tab), then Add folder (some versions say Select folder). It'll ask you to choose a folder.
When the file picker opens, go to Documents and select the MVP Brain folder itself, then confirm. The folder, not a file inside it. Then start a new session.

Type /setup and press enter
It starts asking about your business: what you offer, who you talk to, where you show up online, how you sound. Answer like you're briefing someone on their first day. Don't try to make it sound good. Claude may ask permission before it writes a file. If it does, say yes for files inside this folder.
About 25 minutes. It writes everything down as you go, so you're watching your own system get built rather than filling in a form.
What you end up with
An assistant that already knows the answer.
It writes in your words. It will not write an income claim or a results claim you haven't documented, and it keeps a disclosure on anything with an affiliate or sponsored link. It doesn't ask what your offers are twice, because you told it. At the end of each session it saves what it learned, so the next one starts where this one stopped.
