Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of MVP Social Agent. By subscribing you agree to them.
1. What the service is
MVP Social Agent is a subscription that adds social media capability to an AI assistant you run yourself. It helps you research what is working in your field, write posts, and publish them to social accounts you connect. Your subscription covers the software module, access to our publishing service, and updates while your subscription is active.
2. What the service is not
- It is not a guarantee of results. We do not promise reach, followers, engagement, sales, or that anything will go viral. Nobody can promise that honestly, and we will not.
- It is not marketing, legal, or financial advice. It is a tool. What you publish is your decision and your responsibility.
- It is not a substitute for your own judgment. AI-generated suggestions can be wrong. Read before you approve.
3. Your account and your content
You keep all rights to your content. You are responsible for what you publish through the service, including making sure you have the rights to any music, images, video, names, or trademarks in it.
You agree not to use the service to publish anything unlawful, to impersonate anyone, to send spam, or to break the terms of the social platforms you connect. Those platforms have their own rules and yours is the account that pays the price for breaking them.
4. Approval before publishing
By default nothing is published without your explicit approval. You see the content, the platforms, and the timing first.
You may instruct your assistant to publish certain things without asking each time. If you do, you remain responsible for what goes out. We recommend you do not enable it until you have used the service long enough to trust it.
5. Platform availability
Which social platforms are available depends on approvals granted by those platforms, and can change without notice for reasons outside our control. We will tell you what is available and we will not claim a platform is supported when it is not. A platform becoming unavailable is not a failure of the service and does not by itself entitle you to a refund.
6. Fees, renewal and cancellation
- Subscriptions are billed in advance, monthly or annually, through Stripe.
- They renew automatically until you cancel.
- You can cancel at any time. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
- We do not pro-rate partial periods.
- If a payment fails, publishing pauses until it is resolved. Your data is retained.
- If we raise the price, we will give you at least 30 days' notice by email. If you were given a locked founding rate, we will honor it.
Refunds
If the service does not do what we said it does, tell us within 14 days of your first payment and we will refund it. Beyond that, cancel any time and you will not be billed again.
7. Availability
We aim to keep the service running but we do not promise uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, platform outages, and failures beyond our control happen. We are not liable for posts that do not publish because a platform was down or changed its rules.
8. Our liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits, lost opportunities, or reputational harm.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or end your subscription if you break these terms, use the service unlawfully, or put our platform access at risk. Where it is reasonable to do so, we will warn you first and give you a chance to fix it. If we terminate without cause, we refund the unused portion of your period.
10. Changes to these terms
If we change these terms in a way that materially affects you, we will email you at least 30 days before the change takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Williamson County, Texas, and you agree to that jurisdiction and venue.
